All products sold by PLYO are made to order through print on demand fulfillment partners. We make every effort to display products accurately, but colors, print placement, and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings and the custom production process.

We do not guarantee that product appearance will exactly match images shown on the website. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit or discontinue any product at our discretion.

SECTION 4 – ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are not accepted until payment is processed and confirmation is issued. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or modified. Cancellation requests must be received within 2 hours of purchase, as detailed in our Return and Refund Policy. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

Returns and refunds are governed solely by our Return and Refund Policy.

Purchases are for personal use only and may not be resold without written permission.

PLYO is powered by Shopify. However, all purchases are made directly with PLYO. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and PLYO. You release Shopify from all claims related to purchases made through our store.
