Return and Refund Policy

At PLYO, all products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, color preference, or change of mind. Please review all product details and sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Size Responsibility
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size at checkout. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review your claim. If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our end, please notify us within 14 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

Address and Delivery Issues
Please confirm your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer or for orders marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact us and we will do our best to support you in resolving it with the carrier.

Non Returnable Items
Because all items are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size ordered
- Buyer's remorse or preference changes
- Delivery delays caused by the carrier

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear after processing.

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. Once production begins, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
