Order Processing Time

All PLYO products are made to order through our print on demand fulfillment partners. Production typically takes 2 to 5 business days after an order is placed. During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, production times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has completed production and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times begin after production is complete and are estimates only. Delivery times are not guaranteed.

United States orders typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days. Canada orders typically arrive within 7 to 14 business days. International orders typically arrive within 10 to 20 business days.

Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Locations

We ship to most countries worldwide. Availability may vary depending on the product and fulfillment partner. If an item cannot be shipped to your location, you will be notified before completing checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, product type, and order quantity. Any applicable shipping promotions or discounts will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier and verify that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. If you are still unable to locate your package, contact us at plyomerch@gmail.com and we will assist with next steps.

Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages

If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will work with our fulfillment partner to determine eligibility for a replacement.

If a package is returned to the sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for any reshipment costs.

Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control do not qualify for refunds.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Multiple Shipments

Because we use multiple fulfillment partners and production facilities, orders containing multiple items may ship separately and arrive in multiple packages. Each shipment will have its own tracking number when available.

Order Modifications

Orders begin processing shortly after placement. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once production has started, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order.
